The Novo Brdo residential complex will feature 18 buildings with 498 apartments and 522 parking spaces in the garage under the buildings. The apartments will measure 30 to 80 square meters and the buildings of Z, S, M and L type will feature one basement level and five above-ground levels.
Our company is participating in the construction of the Novo Brdo E2 section, which will feature 307 rental apartments and an underground garage for 321 cars. The exterior works will feature a traffic arrangement with a parking lot, promenades, children’s playgrounds and the arrangement of the pond.
